Refund Policy
1. Overview
Metro Van Motors is committed to providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services. Due to the nature of automotive services and installed parts, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Services and Labour
Labour charges are generally non-refundable once work has been completed.
If a customer believes that work performed was incorrect or unsatisfactory, Metro Van Motors will make reasonable efforts to inspect and resolve the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
Reinspection of the repair
Correction of the work performed
Partial adjustment of charges at our discretion
3. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. These fees cover technician time required to identify vehicle issues, regardless of whether repairs are ultimately performed.
4. Parts and Components
Installed Parts
Parts that have been installed on a vehicle are generally not eligible for refund once installed.
However, defective parts may be eligible for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Uninstalled Parts
Unused parts may be eligible for refund if:
The part has not been installed
The part is returned in original condition and packaging
The return is requested within 14 days of purchase
Refunds for returned parts may be subject to supplier restocking fees.
5. Special Order Parts
Special order or non-stock parts may not be eligible for refund. These items are often ordered specifically for a customer’s vehicle and may not be returnable to the supplier.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts
Metro Van Motors does not provide refunds or warranties for parts supplied by customers. Installation of customer-supplied parts is performed at the customer's risk.
7. Performance and Modified Vehicles
Refunds are not provided for performance modifications, tuning services, or custom work once completed. Performance upgrades may affect vehicle reliability and are installed at the customer’s request and risk.
8. Deposits
Deposits may be required for:
Large repairs
Engine or transmission replacements
Special order parts
Deposits may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Disputes
Customers with concerns regarding charges or services are encouraged to contact Metro Van Motors directly so we can work toward a fair resolution.
11. Changes to This Policy
Metro Van Motors reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
